Obsession is scary and distracting. It’s better to obsess about positive things that make you into a stronger person. I used butterflies because they symbolize transformation. Sometimes I isolate myself in my personal chrysalis in order to reflect upon the things I wish to change. Obsess about positive metamorphosis.
