Worrying is a Waste of Energy

Worrying causes stress on the mind and body. It also drains energy from the body. This year I’ve been mastering transforming my worries into positive thoughts. I simply envision the worrisome thoughts as the outcome I wish to see. Doing this also builds faith. Turn that negative energy into positive. Worrying is a waste of energy!
