Move On Crying can be a great stress reliever. On the contrary crying too much is a sign of depression. Today I was frustrated to tears. i cried today while making the bed…once the bed was made, i stopped crying and moved on 🙂

I did that myself today. It was very cleansing. And then I wrote my poem. Moving on.
Writing is one of my favorite ways to release and calm down. Yes, moving on!
