Yes, it’s actually odd not to know ones own qualities. I have to do the exercise as well. 🙂
Well, let’s see. I try to have more purity in heart. I try to smile more often. My best “gift” from God is to try to help encourage others. I believe I’m a true friend, and I look for qualities in others which I can improve upon in myself.
A very good question for everyone to consider. Thanks “Doodles!”

You are great at encouraging. That is a true blessing! In my opinion that’s one of the greatest gifts to have because you are a light to others. 🙂
And that is one of your greatest gifts. You aren’t afraid to tell others what needs to be said.
If they are doing well, tell them so! But if they need admonishment, don’t just “let it slide!” Friends, especially those in Christ, don’t let other Christians “just slide!”
In the end, they will appreciate the words, both good and not so good. We keep others in the “light,” as well as ourselves. Mature believers understand that!

Yes, that’s what great friendship is all about, the good, the bad, and the in between. 🙂
Friendship as defined by Google:
~noun: friendship~
“The emotions or conduct of friends; the state of being friends.
Such words as “relationship,” “bond,” “tie,” and “union” which are used above aren’t always meant in the warm, gushy, “love-fest” kind of way we may take them at first.
To have a full meaning of these elements of friendship, we must know that relationships, bonds, ties, and unions include good and bad ingredients.
This must be the case or they are not fully honest, and that would render the relationship unhealthy and incomplete!
Well-rounded people share all things, good and bad, for the overall goodness of each other. We see this in our walk with God, and it is no different in our connections with others…

I totally agree! Great insight! 🙂
It’s like I told another reader…we learn from the “ups” and the “downs.” The light will show us the pathway, but sometimes the darkness is what leads us to seek the light!

I love investing in my children’s lives by being there for them, teaching them, being an example for them.
Now I don’t know if I would be ‘extraordinary’ in any of these, but I sing, write songs and poetry, used to dance and act.
🙂
I know your children will be extraordinary because of your extraordinary love.
I’m sure you are more than ordinary in all those gifts. Good luck in growing in your talents! 😀
Hard to say…
It took me a while to think of qualities too. 🙂
