You know—that space where you can’t quite get it right no matter how hard you try. That spot where only miracles can make it happen. That place where only the nudge of the Holy Spirit can silence raging emotions or change a heart. That hole where confusion is blinding. Lord, fill in those broken, empty, lifeless spaces. God can only fill in the gaps if we put our pride to the side and give up control. We must stop trying to solve problems in our own strength and focus on making wise choices. If we pay close attention we can see God move. Waiting on God is tough! Those are the times he is doing something special I haven’t noticed or I can’t see progress yet. Let’s be patient chillax and let God fill in the gaps—before we make a mess of our lives.
