Rejoice in our hardships!?! This sounds insane! Have you ever rejoiced in the middle of chaos? I can remember a few times that I was able to accomplish this. It was only by the spirit of God. My spirit was not even trying to hear the words rejoice, exult or joy. When we put our focus on the goodness, grace, and power of God, we are able to diminish the sound of emotions gone wild and rejoice. Replace your worries by finding something to celebrate. If you can’t find something to celebrate, find something to look forward to. At least party for a moment, if you can’t make your worries fade away. Rejoice in hardships!
