Everyone hates rejection. I don’t care how much confidence a person has, it stings (at least for a moment) when we don’t receive the love we need. When I start any kind of relationship with a person I give my heart and my all. I don’t always get the same love back. Then good ole insecurity starts to take over my mind. Does it really matter if a person doesn’t love me back? Nope! I still have all the love I need, even if I am the only person who loves me. It is natural for us to crave love and affection. Let’s be content with the love we already possess! Looking for love in the wrong places leads to disaster. Begging for love from people who don’t care ends in heart break and low self esteem. You are loved! It’s okay not to be loved by that jerk who didn’t appreciate you.
